Radiator / Coolant Service
What does your Cooling system do?
The Cooling System keeps the engine operating at a consistent temperature to ensure peak operating efficiency. Antifreeze is a critical fluid that protects an engine from overheating, freezing, rust and corrosion. Antifreeze also provides lubrication for the water pump. Over time, antifreeze will break down and lose its ability to provide the proper engine protection.
What is a Radiator Exchange?
$74.99 9(up to 3 gals)
The old Antifreeze/Coolant is removed from your radiator, heater core and engine, up to 95%, and replaces with a 50,000 mile, 5 year, silicate free extended life Antifreeze/Coolant meeting your manufactures recommendations.
What is a Radiator Flush?
$89.99 (up to 3 gals)
A chemical cleaner is added to your vehicles cooling system and circulated to help clean out all the rust and deposits in your system. Then the old Antifreeze/Coolant is removed from your radiator, heater core and engine, up to 95%, and replaces with a 50,000 mile, 5 year, silicate free extended life Antifreeze/Coolant meeting your manufactures recommendations.
What are the benefits?
Old, worn-out coolant/antifreeze can destroy components of the cooling system and even the engine. Our Cooling System Services are an important preventative maintenance service that helps prevent the rust, corrosion, leaks and engine damage that can be caused by worn-out coolant/antifreeze.
Plus, we collect the used fluid and send it to be recycled.
When should I have it done?
A good rule of thumb is every 25,000 – 50,000 miles. Refer to your vehicle owner's manual for recommended service intervals. This service should be done before the coolant wears out and loses its protective qualities.
