Quick and friendly service, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I will continue to go there for my oil change needs. They are never pushy and only suggest things that are in need if fixing. Best service in Cleveland.

They were friendly and very knowledgeable about my car. They even fixed a small tube on my coolant reservoir. Both Joe and Dominick were immediately helpful, professional and I was in and out in less than 15 min. Not only did they change the oil, I was shown that I needed a new oil filter, and they inspected all the vehicle lights. Great service and professionalism. Not interested in ripping off the consumer. I use synthetic oil and I came in to have my oil changed. He noticed that I use synthetic oil and gave me a brief introduction on how and about synthetic oil is and works. He told me that I didnt need an oil change and proceeded to top off all of my fluids. I was disappointed on my last visit when I entered into the port and could not stay in my vehicle because of the overwhelming cigarette smell. I had to have the technicians let me pull out, because I couldn't breathe. It triggered an asthma attack, and I left there feeling very sick! The smell of the oil and windshield fluid can be challenging enough, and with added cigarette smoke, that's just too much and unhealthy for the workers and the customers.
